Your
husband’s blood
will be
tested for
markers of
Hepatitis B,
Syphilis (VDRL) , and
Human Immunodeficiency
Virus (HIV).
If he
is known
to have
a low sperm
count, his
blood may
also be
tested for
reproductive hormones.
His semen
will be
tested for
the sperm
count, quality
and movement.
Culture for
bacteria and
mycoplasma is
also done.
Your
urine will
be tested
for kidney
and bladder
problems. Your
blood will
be tested
for hemoglobin
concentration (anemia),
Hemoglobin electrophoresis
(Thalassemia), blood
group, German
Measles immunity
(Rubella), Hepatitis
B, Syphilis (VDRL),
Human Immunodeficiency
Virus (HIV)
and Toxoplasma
IgM. A
pap smear and
a swab
from your
cervix (chlamydia)
will also
be sent
for testing.
Other
tests will
be ordered
when necessary.

Test-test untuk Pasangan Tidak Subur sebelum
IVF ICSI
Darah suami anda akan diperiksa untuk mengetahui adanya Hepatitis B,
Syphilis (VDRL), dan Human Immunodefisiensi Virus (HIV). Jika ia diketahui
memiliki jumlah sperma yang rendah maka darahnya mungkin diperiksa untuk
mengetahui kadar hormon reproduksi.
Semennya akan diperiksa untuk mengetahui jumlah, kualitas dan pergerakan sperma.
Kultur bakteri dan mycoplasma juga akan di periksa.
Urine
anda akan diperiksa untuk mengetahui keadaan ginjal dan kandung kemih. Darah
anda akan diperiksa untuk mengetahui Konsentrasi Hemoglobin (Anemia),
Elektroforesis Hemoglobin (Thalassemia), Golongan Darah, Imunitas Campak Jerman
(Rubella), Hepatitis B, Syphilis (VDRL), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan
IgM Toxoplasma. Pap Smear dan
hapusan dari cervix anda (Chlamydia) juga akan diperiksa.
Test-test
lainnya akan diminta jika diperlukan.
